EBITDA Energy (“we”) runs ebitda-energy.com, a pre-launch site for an energy drink that is not yet for sale. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or join our email list, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, we use it to tell you about the launch, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you request early access.
• Your answer to our optional question (what you do), if you choose to answer.
• How you found us: the campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), the page you arrived on, and the referring website, stored with your signup.
• Aggregate site statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and signups without cookies and without identifying you individually.
• Ad measurement through the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when a page is viewed and when someone joins the list, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta may use cookies and device information to do this, under Meta’s privacy policy. We do not send Meta your email address. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
• If you buy merch: your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

• To email you launch news and early-access offers you asked for.
• To make, ship and support merch orders, and to send order and shipping updates.
• To understand, in aggregate, who is interested and which channels bring them, so we can decide what to make and where to advertise.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for anyone else’s marketing.

Where it’s stored

Signups and orders are stored with Supabase, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Our emails are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe, and merch is printed and shipped by Printful, which receives your name, shipping address and order. All act as our service providers and process data on our behalf.

Email and your choices

We may ask you to confirm your address before we send anything else. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can also ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to hello@ebitda-energy.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and answer until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to make sure we don’t email you again.

Age

This site and the product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
